Precision Windscreens is committed to delivering high-quality products and services. This Workmanship Warranty covers our workmanship, including the installation of windscreens, against faulty workmanship, leaks, and defective glass for the life of your vehicle's windscreen.

 

Terms of Warranty:

 

1. Duration of Warranty:

   This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the vehicle's windscreen, provided that the vehicle is owned by the original purchaser.

 

2. Coverage:  

   This warranty covers:

   - Defects in workmanship during the installation process.

   - Leaks that result from faulty installation.

   - Defective glass materials used in the windscreen.

 

3. Exclusions: 

   This warranty does not cover:

   - Damage caused by accidents, impact, or external forces.

   - Normal wear and tear or deterioration over time.

   - Damage caused by improper maintenance or care.

   - Modifications made to the windscreen after installation.

   - Glass/Windscreens not supplied by Precision Windscreens Ltd and/or secondhand glass/windscreens.

 

4. Claims Process:

   To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

   - Notify Precision Windscreens in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue.

   - Provide proof of purchase and details of the installation.

   - Allow a representative of Precision Windscreens to inspect the windscreen.

 

5. Remedies:

   If a warranty claim is validated, Precision Windscreens will, at its discretion:

   - Repair the faulty installation.

   - Replace the windscreen with a new one of similar quality and specifications.

 

6. Transferability:

   This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the windscreen.

 

7. Governing Law:

   This warranty is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
